Blyscan™ - sulfated Glycosaminoglycan (sGAG) assay kit
I have used the Blyscan™ - sulfated Glycosaminoglycan (sGAG) assay kit to assess GAG in chondrocytes isolated from osteoarthritis patients. The sGAG levels in the samples were calculated from a linear standard curve of chondroitin-4-sulfate ranged 0-5 µg of sGAGs. The kit is for 110 in total (allows a maximum of 48 samples to be run in duplicate alongside a standard curve).
