Visualization of Nuclei Using DAPI

I have used the Fluoromount-G™ Mounting Medium, with DAPI to visualize nuclei. This was for human chondrocytes. I followed the manufacturer's instructions and visualized the cells using EVOS M5000 168 microscope with fluorescence at 20x and 40x magnification. The images were of publication quality with excellent nuclei staining.
