Gene Expression by qRT-PCR Using the SensiFAST™ Probe Hi-ROX One-Step Kit

I have used the SensiFAST™ Probe Hi-ROX One-Step Kit for qRT-PCR analysis of gene expression from mesenchymal stromal cells. The kit can be used with all instruments that require a high concentration of the passive reference dye ROX. I have use the kit with TaqMan assays with high success.
