Plasmid Midiprep Purifications Tips from QIAGEN

I use these Tips for all my plasmid midi prep purifications. Culture volumes are 100 mL for low-copy number plasmids and 50 mL for high-copy number plasmids. Typical yields are 100-500 micrograms based on the plasmid copy number. I strictly follow manufacturer's instructions and never had any problems.
