His-Tag Purification Resin

I typically use this resin when my recombinant His-tagged protein purification process requires DTT and EDTA in my binding buffer. This resin is different from the traditional Ni-NTA Agarose resins in that imidazole concentration for the wash and elution steps is low (1-5 mM for the wash step and 25-50 mM for the elution step). I follow the manufacturer's instructions for regeneration and it works well.
