Essential unit to couple with the Nucleofactor Core unit. It can host two different vessel sizes, 8 wells strips (with the advantage that the wells can be used independently) and 100ul cuvettes. Very flexible, it allowed us to reduce the reactive for expensive experiments (20ul volume for CRISPR/ Cas 9 editing) or maintain larger volumes for easier electroporation if many cells are required (i.e. plasmids in difficult cells K562, EBV...).
