This kit is missing an essential reagent. Not one that is easy for me to make, nor do I have the chemical for it at hand, am in the middle of my protocol. There is no reason why it should be missing it. Technical support is not available live. Customer service refuses to accept the product back and issue me a refund. Blamed me for not checking the kit list beforehand and discovering that it lacked this reagent. DO NOT PURCHASE -- ANYTHING -- FROM NANOCOMPOSIX!
