The MACSQuant Tyto Lux Cell Sorter features patented microchip-based technology to deliver high-speed, multiparameter flow sorting within a closed, sterile cartridge system. Simultaneously, the aerosol-free, closed system provides a safe environment for the sample and operator.
Equipped with an additional yellow laser and up to 12 fluorescent channels, the new MACSQuant Tyto Lux Cell Sorter enhances flexibility for complex panel design. Its versatile cartridges and powerful software automation support applications from fruit dye-based cell line development to regulated processes. An optional 21 CFR Part 11 module enables compliance features like audit trails and electronic signatures.
