Description
Stroboscope / Stroboscope Light with 8 UVA high-power LEDs / 1731 µW/cm2 at 30 cm / pulse width adjustable in per cent, degrees or time / phase shift / LC colour display / mains-independent thanks to rechargeable battery operation
Analysing the movement of rotating machines is quick and easy with our Stroboscope / Stroboscope Light. The Stroboscope / Stroboscope Light is equipped with 8 high-power LEDs, which together generate a light intensity of 1731 µW/cm2 at 30 cm. The Stroboscope / Stroboscope Light allows you to precisely set the flash frequency in both FPM and Hz. The stroboscope is pocket-sized and is also mains-independent thanks to the rechargeable battery.
The Stroboscope / Stroboscope Light is operated intuitively using the 10 keys, allowing quick adjustments to be made. The phase shift allows the observation point to be moved variably. The pulse width can be used to set the duration and therefore also the intensity of the flash frequency. The display brightness can be selected in the settings menu and the display can also be switched off after a period of inactivity, which extends the battery life. The stroboscope is supplied with a USB-C charging cable in a service bag.
When input trigger mode is activated, the device synchronises the flash frequency of the LEDs using the input trigger signal provided (or the output trigger signal). A rising or falling edge of the signal to be synchronised can be selected. In output trigger mode, the device generates a PWM signal with the selected frequency, the selected duty cycle and the selected phase shift.
Route measurement mode makes it possible to use a number of predefined settings for frequency, duty cycle and phase shift and to navigate from one point to the next without having to manually set the values at each point. The device allows the storage of up to 15 routes with a maximum of 10 machines per route and a maximum of 5 points per machine.
Stroboscopes are indispensable tools for monitoring and inspecting production facilities, e.g. in the printing and textile industries but also for general maintenance and inspection tasks in all industrial sectors. They also enable non-contact speed and vibration measurement: if the flash frequency of the stroboscope matches the frequency of movement, the measured object appears stationary.
