Description
The µPULSE® - TFF System is a miniaturized, fully automated, user friendly tangential flow filtration (TFF) system for sample concentration and buffer exchange that is 2.5x faster than centrifugal devices. Its proprietary diaphragm pump offers just 0.65 mL of hold-up volume and up to 100% hold-up recovery over conventional-TFF Systems, making it suitable for lab scale applications. The PULSE® can be used in diversified and advanced technological environments to process nucleic acids, proteins, polysaccharides, nanoparticles, ADCs, and exosomes.
