Description
Nu Plasma 1700 is a large-geometry, double-focusing HR-MC-ICP-MS with ~1,700 mm mass dispersion. The large geometry raises the base resolving power to >800 (10% valley definition) at full sensitivity, and edge resolving power reaches >30,000 (5–95% edge definition) by narrowing the continuously adjustable source entrance slit. Each of the 16 Faraday detectors and up to 5 ion-counting detectors carries an independently adjustable high-resolution collector slit, enabling simultaneous true high-resolution operation across the entire array.
