Ashland, Virginia (PRWEB) December 06, 2013: On November 15, 2013, Anton Paar GmbH purchased the Swiss company CSM Instruments SA. CSM Instruments SA will continue under the name "CSM Instruments SA | A company of Anton Paar" at the present location in Peseux, Switzerland.
For the past 30 years CSM Instruments has developed, produced and sold laboratory instruments for the characterization of mechanical properties on material surfaces at the micro- and nano-scales. Customers include those in academic research, the automobile industry, the field of environmental technology, life sciences and among tool manufacturers.
Signing the contract, Peseux, SwitzerlandThe addition of CSM Instruments to the Anton Paar product portfolio provides an excellent complement.
