St. Joseph, Mich. — March 3, 2014 — LECO and CDS Analytical, two leaders in their respective analytical technologies, have begun a technology relationship that will enhance their own capabilities even further. This collaboration interfaces programmable pyrolysis sample introduction from CDS with LECO gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry (TOFMS). The pairing will be available on the LECO Pegasus HT and 4D nominal mass systems, as well as the Pegasus GC-HRT high resolution system.
These analytical pairings provide key technical capabilities, including high speed and accurate mass, of vital significance to environmental, petrochemical, and polymer analysis. Representatives from both companies look forward to seeing researchers benefit from the new relationship.
