The first in a series of upgrades now in development, ArtelWare v1.1 adds event tracking and management capabilities that give users more information about causes and effects relating to liquid handler performance. Users can now track many events that might affect pipetting, such as preventive maintenance, changes in protocols, consumables and labware, service and liquid handler malfunctions. The new functionality enables scientists to maintain high standards of liquid handling quality by linking performance trends to possible contributing events, providing important decision-making information.
