Rapid Homogenization and Size Reduction Product Optimization

The Knife Mill PULVERISETTE 11, developed by FRITSCH, produces rapid homogeneous samples from a versatile range of materials. This application is ideal for sample preparation in the fields of food science, animal feed testing, agriculture, forestry, biology, pharmaceuticals, and chemical science.

With easy cleaning protocols and unique four-blade grinding ability, the Knife Mill PULVERISETTE 11 can process samples made from a variety of materials. The motor speed ranges from 2,000 to 10,000 rpm with a turbo function of 14,000 rpm for up to 6 seconds. Sample preparations that are notoriously difficult, like chocolate and plastic products, can be embrittled with liquid nitrogen for comminution directly in the grinding vessel.
