Genialis and Oncologie have announced their collaboration to use Genialis’ Expressions software platform and analytics IP to aid to refine Oncologie’s patient stratification methodologies.
The two companies have focused their previous calibration efforts on modeling gene expression signatures predictive of treatments for gastric cancer. The patent-pending enhanced methodology will optimize Oncologie’s clinical development plans to grow beyond gastric cancer and into other tumor microenvironment phenotypes.
