Tribal Diagnostics, a Native American-owned full service CAP-accredited clinical laboratory, opened the doors to its new, larger facility in Oklahoma City. Dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable laboratory tests, the move from a 5,000 square foot lab to a nearly 25,000 square foot space, marks a vital milestone in Tribal Diagnostics' mission to enhance laboratory services for underserved and Native American communities.
“The new facility not only expands our diagnostic capabilities but also increases our staff capacity, allowing us to better serve the healthcare needs of our community. Our commitment to providing high-quality laboratory services is underscored by our partnerships with 28 tribal health systems and our support of 697 healthcare clinics and thousands of healthcare providers across the region,” said CEO Cory Littlepage, a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation.
“Clinical lab tests are critical for early detection, diagnoses, monitoring, and treatment plans. Access to this lab testing is particularly necessary in tribal communities, as they have a life expectancy of 5.5 years less than the national average. Therefore, I am so glad to see Tribal Diagnostics opening this new laboratory in Oklahoma City, and I am honored to attend and speak at the ribbon cutting today,” said Congressman Tom Cole (R-OK-4th), an enrolled member of the Chickasaw Nation, who is the first Oklahoman and Native American to chair the powerful U.S. House Appropriations Committee.

• Operates a fleet of vehicles dedicated to timely sample pick-up across Texas and Oklahoma, ensuring efficient transport of patient samples for lab processing
• Maintains CAP accreditation, demonstrating commitment to the highest compliance and quality standards in laboratory services
• Employs a dedicated Compliance and Privacy Officer to uphold regulatory compliance and protect patient information
• Current nationwide contracts with major healthcare providers
The new Tribal Diagnostics facility is now fully operational in its new location.
