Description
The Gradient Master™ generates linear gradients using a patented process called tilted tube rotation. Starting with empty tubes, you can form 6 identical gradients in as little as 10 minutes, producing gradients more reproducible than any other gradient forming technique. Solutes supported include sucrose, glycerol, tartarate, Optiprep®, Nycodenz®, Ficoll®, Percoll®, Metrizamide, Renografin®, NaCl, CsCl, NaAc, KCl and more.
