The Cable Detector supports shielded and unshielded twisted-pair cables of categories Cat 3, Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 6A, Cat 7, Cat 7A, as well as coaxial cables, such as those used in TV, antenna, and surveillance systems.
Testing is carried out using a two-part system consisting of a main unit and a remote unit, which also allows permanently installed cables to be tested reliably. The most important test procedures include continuity testing of the conductors (pins 1–8), wiring testing to check the correct assignment of the wire pairs, and the detection of short circuits, wiring faults, and split-pair faults. In addition, the shielding of shielded cables is checked. The test range covers cable lengths of up to 305 m, whilst the minimum cable length for split-pair detection is approximately 0.5 m.
Our Cable Detector operates using test signals transmitted between the main unit and the remote unit. The results are displayed via LED indicators. Steady LEDs indicate correct wiring, whilst flashing LEDs indicate faults in the respective wire pairs. Additional status LEDs indicate the type of fault, such as short circuit, miswiring, reversal, or split pair.
The Cable Detector is used in network technology, building cabling, and in IT and communications installations, and is designed for electricians, network technicians, and service technicians to quickly test cable runs.... The portable Moisture Meter enables the precise determination of water activity (aw) in various products. It measures water activity in the range from 0 to 1.0000 aw and temperatures from -10 to 50°C / 14 ... 122°F. The aw value indicates the proportion of free, unbound water in organic products such as foodstuffs or pharmaceuticals and is referred to as water activity. This value is crucial for assessing the shelf life and quality of products, as it influences the growth of microorganisms, molds and yeasts. In contrast to the total moisture content of a product, the Aw value is largely responsible for microbial stability.
The Moisture Meter delivers highly accurate results within just 3 to 5 minutes and works with precise sensors that ensure an accuracy of ± 0.015 aw in the temperature range of 10 to 30°C / 50 ... 86°F. It has three different measurement modes: normal mode, fast mode and continuous display mode. Calibration can be performed with one or more points (two, three or four points). The 2.8" TFT colour display ensures clear and intuitive operation, while the portable design and supplied instrument case allow flexible use in the field.
The device also offers extensive data management functions and can store up to 5,030 data records. The measurement results can be easily transferred to the software and output via the micro USB port. Power is supplied either via a 5V USB cable or four AA batteries, making it ideal for different environments and longer test times. Typical applications for the Moisture Meter include quality control in the food industry, pharmaceutical production processes, food and drug research institutes, the cosmetics industry, animal feed production, biological research centers, inspection and quarantine services and other laboratory analyses, for example in the tobacco and paper industries.
In addition to the sensor and the sample holder, the scope of delivery includes ten measuring beakers, the software, a USB cable, operating instructions and a practical carrying case. With the Moisture Meter, users receive a high-quality, portable measuring device for fast and precise determination of water activity, which is characterised by user-friendliness, versatile application options and maximum measuring accuracy.... It can be used in various areas, such as homes, offices, workshops, schools or public facilities. The Thermometer reliably measures the ozone content in the air and helps to recognize dangerous concentrations at an early stage and react accordingly.
The device records ozone values in the range of 0.00 ... 50.0 ppm with a high resolution of 0.01 ppm. In addition, the detector measures the relative humidity between 20 ... 85% (resolution: 1%) as well as the temperature in the range of -10 ... 50°C / 14 ... 122°F, whereby the temperature display can also be switched to Fahrenheit. All measured values are shown on an easy-to-read 2-inch LCD display with backlighting.
For even more convenience, the Thermometer has a standby mode that can be activated manually. If no input is made within 60 seconds, the display switches off automatically - but the device remains active. In the event of increased ozone values, the detector warns with a visual and acoustic alarm. This is supported by a traffic light function: green for 0.00 ... 0.10 ppm, orange for 0.11 ... 0.20 ppm and red for 0.21 ... 50.0 ppm. As soon as the limit value of 0.10 ppm is exceeded, an additional acoustic warning signal sounds to indicate a possible hazard.
Equipped with an integrated rechargeable lithium battery that can be conveniently charged via USB-C, the detector is particularly flexible to use. An integrated rubber strap makes it easy to transport and allows the device to be conveniently carried or hung up. A Thermometer is suitable for private individuals as well as for professionals in schools, care facilities, offices or industrial environments - wherever a safe indoor climate is important.... With its two intelligent operating modes, comprehensive protective functions and reliable 220V power supply, this Torque Wrench is the ideal solution for industrial, workshop and assembly applications.
In torque mode, the desired torque can be set quickly and continuously. The value can be conveniently adjusted using the operating buttons and the screwdriving process begins with a simple pull of the trigger. Torque + Angle Mode enables controlled tightening not only via the torque, but also via the angle of rotation - perfect for applications that require maximum precision.
Other highlights of the Torque Wrench include precise torque adjustment with high repeat accuracy, a multi-stage gearbox for reliable power transmission and alarm and control functions that help the user to assess the tightening result. Integrated protective functions such as temperature monitoring prevent overheating and extend the service life of the tool. Thanks to the mains-powered design, continuous work is possible without charging breaks.
Another highlight is the software supplied, which can be used to conveniently read out all the recorded screwdriving data. This allows users to document and analyze torque values, results and process data. The software also allows centralized settings to be made directly on the device.
The torque screwdriver is ideal for precise screw connections in mechanical and plant engineering. It also ensures reliable results when assembling wind turbines and steel structures. In the automotive sector, it is an indispensable tool for maintenance and repairs. It can also be used in a wide range of applications in heavy industry and construction.
