The 3-Axis Vibration Meter / Vibration Tester enables fast and precise measurement of acceleration, vibration displacement 3-Axis Vibration Meter / Vibration Tester for machines and systems / RS232C interface / AC output for headphones / 3-axis piezoelectric acceleration sensor / Incl. sensor tips
The 3-Axis Vibration Meter / Vibration Tester enables fast and precise measurement of acceleration, vibration displacement and vibration velocity in three directions (X, Y, Z) or for a single axis. It is used in accordance with ISO 2954 for the detection of unbalance, misalignment and mechanical faults in rotating machinery and is ideal for quality control, commissioning and predictive maintenance on site.
With a frequency range of 10 Hz to 10 kHz, it detects a wide range of vibrations, making it versatile for industrial applications. The 3-Axis Vibration Meter / Vibration Tester weighs just 163 g / 0.4 lbs and is easy to read even in difficult conditions thanks to the backlit 2-inch LCD display. In addition, the 3-Axis Vibration Meter / Vibration Tester switches off automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity to save energy.
The 3-Axis Vibration Meter / Vibration Tester has a 3-axis piezoelectric accelerometer with three mounting options: a magnetic sensor and two measuring tips (one conical and one spherical) that can be attached to the sensor. These accessories enable precise and versatile vibration measurements on various machines and surfaces. This makes the device a handy and powerful tool for industrial vibration measurements. It supports various units such as mm/s, inch/s, m/s², g, ft/s², mm and mil and has a measurement function that displays the maximum measured values.... The Cable Detector supports shielded and unshielded twisted-pair cables of categories Cat 3, Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 6A, Cat 7, Cat 7A, as well as coaxial cables, such as those used in TV, antenna, and surveillance systems.
Testing is carried out using a two-part system consisting of a main unit and a remote unit, which also allows permanently installed cables to be tested reliably. The most important test procedures include continuity testing of the conductors (pins 1–8), wiring testing to check the correct assignment of the wire pairs, and the detection of short circuits, wiring faults, and split-pair faults. In addition, the shielding of shielded cables is checked. The test range covers cable lengths of up to 305 m, whilst the minimum cable length for split-pair detection is approximately 0.5 m.
Our Cable Detector operates using test signals transmitted between the main unit and the remote unit. The results are displayed via LED indicators. Steady LEDs indicate correct wiring, whilst flashing LEDs indicate faults in the respective wire pairs. Additional status LEDs indicate the type of fault, such as short circuit, miswiring, reversal, or split pair.
The Cable Detector is used in network technology, building cabling, and in IT and communications installations, and is designed for electricians, network technicians, and service technicians to quickly test cable runs....
