The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument is a versatile device for monitoring the air quality in indoor spaces such as homes, offices, workshops, schools or public facilities. It is used for the simultaneous measurement of formaldehyde (HCHO), volatile organic compounds (TVOC), ambient temperature and relative humidity. The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument has a 2.8-inch color display that shows all measured values in real time and also visually assesses the air quality in three stages - green for "good", yellow for "poor" and red for "very poor". The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument also has an acoustic alarm function with adjustable threshold values and sound types, which is triggered when defined measured values are exceeded.
For data storage, the device offers space for up to 200 measuring points on 5 pages, which corresponds to a total capacity of 1000 measurements per measured variable. The values for formaldehyde, TVOC and temperature are stored. The storage intervals and the number of collection points can be set individually, whereby the stored data can only be retrieved at any time via a playback function in the device. Other functions include a real-time clock, battery status display, adjustable measuring rate, automatic switch-off time, adjustable screen brightness and the option of active fan control. The temperature unit can be switched between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument is powered by an integrated 3.7V Li-Po battery and charged via a USB type C cable. The charge status is shown on the display during operation and charging. As a compact, precise and easy-to-use Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument, the Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument is ideal for continuously monitoring indoor air quality and helps to detect potential exposure to pollutants such as formaldehyde or organic vapors at an early stage and take appropriate countermeasures.... To assist the user, the Material Tester emits both an acoustic signal and an LED display as soon as the preset torque value is reached. Four different units of measurement (Nm, kgf-cm, lbf-ft, lbf-in) and three measuring modes - real time, peak value and preset - make it flexible to use. Automatic switch-off after a few minutes saves the batteries, and up to 999 measured values can be stored in the internal memory. The stored values can only be called up on the device.
The Material Tester is equipped with a fine-toothed ratchet head, which enables precise work even with a small radius of movement. Thanks to its robust construction made of metal and resistant plastic, it is durable and suitable for regular use. Our Material Testers are primarily used in vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, bicycle assembly and in the electrical and electronics industry. They are used to tighten bolts and nuts to a precisely defined torque in order to connect components securely and function properly without damaging them. The Material Tester is supplied in a plastic case with 2 AAA batteries.... Read More | A Thermometer is an indispensable safety device for detecting dangerous carbon monoxide concentrations indoors. It is used wherever CO can occur - for example in homes with gas boilers or fireplaces, in workshops with running engines and in boats, motorhomes or other enclosed spaces with combustion appliances.
The Thermometer records CO values in the range from 0 ... 500 ppm with a high resolution of 1 ppm. The Thermometer also measures relative humidity and temperature, whereby the temperature display can also be switched to Fahrenheit. All measured values are shown on an easy-to-read 2-inch LC display with backlighting.
For even more convenience, the Thermometer has a standby mode that can be activated manually. If no input is made within 60 seconds, the display switches off automatically - but the device remains active. In the event of increased CO values, the Thermometer warns with a visual and acoustic alarm. This is supported by a traffic light function: green for 0 ... 100 ppm, orange for 101 ... 200 ppm and red for 201 ... 500 ppm. As soon as the limit value of 100 ppm is exceeded, an additional acoustic warning signal sounds to indicate a possible hazard. Thanks to the integrated lithium battery, which is conveniently charged via USB-C, the detector is particularly flexible to use.... The Thickness Gauge has a globally unique measuring probe that can be swiveled through 90°, allowing you to always carry out precise coating thickness measurements. The Thickness Gauge with the compact, lightweight devices is barely larger than a measuring probe and is therefore ideal for on-site applications in hard-to-reach places. The handy metal housing is splash-proof to IP 64 for interference-free measurements in harsh environments. A coating thickness tester with flowing water protection is also available as an option. For a long service life with frequent measurements on rough surfaces, the measuring probe has a wear-resistant ruby probe pole.
With a single button and the self-explanatory, multilingual menu navigation, the Thickness Gauge is very easy to operate.
A Thickness Gauge is usually used in the quality assurance of coating processes. For example, to determine the paint thickness of a coating, when testing vehicles or steel structures or in fire protection (determining the coating thickness of steel doors). However, it is not only a Thickness Gauge, but can also be used to reliably measure rubber coatings, anodizing and galvanic coatings.
The Thickness Gauge uses a combined probe to measure insulating layers of paint, varnish, plastic, rubber, ceramic and galvanic coatings (excluding nickel) using the magnetic induction measuring method. The device is used on iron and steel substrates. It is also suitable for measuring insulating coatings (paint, plastic, etc.) using the eddy current method on non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, bronze and non-magnetic stainless steels in accordance with ISO 2178 and ISO 2360.
To further process your measurement data, you can connect your Thickness Gauge to mobile Android and iOS devices. Or you can communicate with a Windows PC. Wireless technology makes it possible. With the Lima Connect app, you can manage projects and allocate the measuring points on a photo. The measurement results can be statistically analysed and displayed graphically. The app for Android, iOS and Windows is free of charge.... Read More |
