The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector can be used to determine the relative magnetic permeability µr of materials and construction parts in the range between 1,000 and 5,000. Magnetic permeability, also known as magnetic conductivity, indicates how strongly a material can be magnetized. This Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector is ideal for material testing - especially for ferromagnetic material testing - in order to provide precise data for material testing NDT (non-destructive testing).
Areas of application include quality control of stainless steels, non-destructive material testing of construction parts, material selection for electron and ion physics equipment as well as for nuclear resonance devices, or the detection of material changes in highly stressed parts. The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector has a graphic LCD touch panel with innovative user guidance and a resolution of 320 × 480 pixels.
The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector supports all areas of permeability measurement with a flexible measured value memory, a combined digital and analogue display and peak value measurement. You can transfer the data to a Windows PC as well as to an Android or iOS app via the wireless interface. The Magnetometer / Magnetic Field Detector can be connected to an external power source in continuous operation via the USB interface.
You can check the accuracy of the measurement at any time using the calibration standard supplied with the permeability measuring device. The standard calibration standard has a value of µr ˜ 1.35. Calibration standards with reference values of µr ˜ 1.03 and µr ˜ 1.11 are also available.... Measurement results are available in approx. 5 seconds and are clearly displayed on a 0.96 inch color LCD display. Various units are supported, including mg/l, mg/100ml, µg/100ml, mg/ml and g/100ml. The measurement results are displayed numerically and additionally supplemented by a colored traffic light display: green for values below 20 mg/100 ml, yellow for values between 20 and 80 mg/100 ml and red from 80 mg/100 ml. The measurement is carried out using a uniform breath sample with a puff duration of 2.5 seconds and an air flow of at least 20 liters per minute.
The breathalyser automatically saves the measurement results in the internal memory - including the date and time of each measurement. The integrated lithium battery is charged via a USB-C interface. The device is suitable for operation in a temperature range from -5°C to 40°C / 23 to 104°F. With a resolution of 0.001 mg/L and a repeatability of ±6%, the Alcohol meter / Breathalyzer offers precise and fast breath alcohol measurement.
Thanks to its compact design, dimensions and low weight, the Alcohol meter / Breathalyzer is particularly handy, easy to transport and ideal for mobile use. It is ideal for private use to check your own alcohol level before driving a vehicle. It is also used in companies to ensure the work ability and safety of employees, in security services to check staff and visitors and at events to ensure an alcohol-free environment. Thanks to the precise measurement results, the breathalyser effectively helps to prevent accidents and legal consequences caused by alcohol consumption.... To assist the user, the Material Tester emits both an acoustic signal and an LED display as soon as the preset torque value is reached. Four different units of measurement (Nm, kgf-cm, lbf-ft, lbf-in) and three measuring modes - real time, peak value and preset - make it flexible to use. Automatic switch-off after a few minutes saves the batteries, and up to 999 measured values can be stored in the internal memory. The stored values can only be called up on the device.
The Material Tester is equipped with a fine-toothed ratchet head, which enables precise work even with a small radius of movement. Thanks to its robust construction made of metal and resistant plastic, it is durable and suitable for regular use. Our Material Testers are primarily used in vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, bicycle assembly and in the electrical and electronics industry. They are used to tighten bolts and nuts to a precisely defined torque in order to connect components securely and function properly without damaging them. The Material Tester is supplied in a plastic case with 2 AAA batteries.... The rain and snow Temperature Sensor enables a quick and reliable response to rain or snowThe rain and snow Temperature Sensor is used for reliable detection of precipitation and is used to monitor weather conditions in environmental stations, for irrigation control systems or in industrial plants. The rain and snow Temperature Sensor enables a quick and reliable response to rain or snow. The Temperature Sensor qualitatively detects the presence of precipitation via conductivity and condensation properties and provides the information digitally via RS-485 Modbus RTU and via a potential-free relay output, which can be used to directly switch external devices or controls.
The integrated relay output is designed as a normally open contact and provides galvanic isolation between the Temperature Sensor voltage and the switched circuit. This allows both low-voltage and mains voltage applications to be implemented. The maximum switching capacity of the relay is 250V AC at 1 A or 30V DC at 1 A, making the Temperature Sensor suitable for direct control of controllers, actuators or relays.
The supply voltage of the rain and snow Temperature Sensor is 24 to 30V DC. The compact, corrosion-resistant housing is IP65-rated and designed for surface mounting. An automatic heating function activates at lower temperatures below 0°C / 32°F ambient temperature and heats the Temperature Sensor surface to approximately 40°C / 104°F to prevent ice formation. This ensures that the rain and snow Temperature Sensor works reliably even in frosty conditions. It is mainly used by weather station operators, environmental researchers, in irrigation systems and in industrial applications where precipitation needs to be reliably detected and automated responses implemented. ...
