A Air Quality Meter is an important device for monitoring indoor air quality. It can be used in a variety of ways - whether in homes, offices, workshops, schools or public facilities. The detector reliably measures the CO content in the air and makes it possible to recognize critical concentrations at an early stage and act accordingly.
The Air Quality Meter detects CO values in the range from 0 ... 500 ppm with a fine resolution of 1 ppm. It also measures the relative humidity in the range from 20 ... 85% (also with 1% resolution) and the temperature from -10 ... 50°C / 14 ... 122°F. If required, the temperature display can also be switched to Fahrenheit. All measured values are shown on a 2 inch LCD display.
In the event of increased CO values, the detector emits both visual and acoustic warning signals. An integrated traffic light function clearly displays the air quality: Green stands for 0 ... 100 ppm, orange for 101 ... 200 ppm and red for 201 ... 500 ppm. If the value exceeds 100 ppm, an additional acoustic warning signal sounds to indicate a potential health hazard.
Equipped with an integrated rechargeable lithium battery that can be conveniently charged via USB-C, the detector is particularly flexible to use. An integrated rubber strap makes it easy to transport and allows the device to be carried or hung up conveniently. With its compact dimensions of 70 x 70 x 28 mm / 2.8 x 2.8 x 1.1 in, modern design and easy handling, it is a practical helper in everyday life.
The Air Quality Meter is suitable for both private and professional use - for example in schools, care facilities, offices or industrial environments - wherever safe indoor air quality is crucial.... The device can measure and output either acceleration, velocity, or displacement. The desired measurement parameter is conveniently set using integrated DIP switches. The device operates in the frequency range of 10 Hz to 1000 Hz and meets the requirements of ISO 2954. The measurement ranges are 0.5 to 199.9 m/s² for acceleration, 0.5 to 199.9 mm/s for velocity, and 0 to 1.999 mm for displacement. The high resolution of 0.1 m/s², 0.1 mm/s, and 0.001 mm enables precise measurement of even the smallest vibrations. Accuracy is ±5% + 2 digits under typical operating conditions.
The Accelerometer supports both RMS and peak-to-peak measurements, offering versatile analysis options. The analogue 4–20 mA interface enables easy integration into existing monitoring systems. Separate vibration measurement is carried out via a robust probe with a magnetic mount, ensuring flexible and secure attachment to the measurement object. The Accelerometer’s housing is rated to IP63, and the probe to IP60. Power is supplied via 12–30 V DC, allowing the Accelerometer to be integrated into a wide variety of industrial environments.
Thanks to zero and span adjustment, the Accelerometer can be optimally adapted to the respective measurement requirements. Operation is particularly user-friendly thanks to the compact design and ease of use. The Accelerometer is ideal for condition monitoring of machinery, preventive maintenance, and continuous process monitoring in industry. Typical applications include the monitoring of motors, pumps, fans, and other rotating machinery in production, maintenance, and quality assurance.... Thanks to its portable design, it can be used directly on site for quality control, commissioning or predictive maintenance.
The Accelerometer records the three most important vibration parameters – acceleration, velocity and displacement – and displays them simultaneously on the screen. The frequency ranges are 10 Hz to 10 kHz for acceleration and 10 Hz to 1 kHz for velocity and displacement. These values enable precise measurements of both high-frequency vibrations, such as those occurring in gearboxes, and low-frequency movements of slow-running machines.
Technically, the Accelerometer is based on a piezoelectric acceleration sensor, which ensures high measurement accuracy, exact repeatability and a wide frequency range. The measured values are shown on a 4-digit, 2-inch LCD display that supports both metric and imperial units. Practical functions such as MAX-Hold allow the highest measured value to be stored. With its robust design, low weight (123 g), compact dimensions and rechargeable battery, the Accelerometer is particularly mobile and easy to use. The Accelerometer is specifically suitable for operational use in maintenance, for service technicians, mechanical engineers and quality assurance departments that need to monitor machine conditions. The device can also be used in training courses or technical laboratories to demonstrate vibrations and their effects. The Accelerometer allows precise statements to be made about the condition of machines, reduces the risk of failure and extends the service life of critical components.... The Safeguarding sensitive electronic components in manufacturing and handling environments requires precise measurement technology. The Electrical Tester is the indispensable, portable instrument for quickly and reliably checking the surface resistance of materials in ESD-controlled areas.
The Electrical Tester is battery-operated and has integrated parallel electrodes that enable direct testing of the material surface resistance. Thanks to the automatic test voltage selector, the surface resistance tester guarantees maximum measurement accuracy across all relevant ranges. The test voltage automatically switches from 10 V to 100 V as soon as the measured resistance exceeds the value of 1 × 10? ohms.
Two banana sockets allow the connection of external electrodes weighing around 2.25 kg. With these additional components, the Electrical Tester is able to perform professional compliance measurements, such as resistance point-to-point (RTT) or resistance to ground (RTG). The measurement data obtained with this Electrical Tester is essential to ensure adherence to a compliance verification plan (ANSI/ESD S20.20-2007).
The Electrical Tester is ideal for use in electronics production, for testing ESD work mats, workbenches and floor coverings or even in laboratory environments and for quality assurance.... Read More | Replacement soldering tips for the PCE-ESI 100 (set of 3)
