The Cable Detector supports shielded and unshielded twisted-pair cables of categories Cat 3, Cat 5, Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 6A, Cat 7, Cat 7A, as well as coaxial cables, such as those used in TV, antenna, and surveillance systems.
Testing is carried out using a two-part system consisting of a main unit and a remote unit, which also allows permanently installed cables to be tested reliably. The most important test procedures include continuity testing of the conductors (pins 1–8), wiring testing to check the correct assignment of the wire pairs, and the detection of short circuits, wiring faults, and split-pair faults. In addition, the shielding of shielded cables is checked. The test range covers cable lengths of up to 305 m, whilst the minimum cable length for split-pair detection is approximately 0.5 m.
Our Cable Detector operates using test signals transmitted between the main unit and the remote unit. The results are displayed via LED indicators. Steady LEDs indicate correct wiring, whilst flashing LEDs indicate faults in the respective wire pairs. Additional status LEDs indicate the type of fault, such as short circuit, miswiring, reversal, or split pair.
The Cable Detector is used in network technology, building cabling, and in IT and communications installations, and is designed for electricians, network technicians, and service technicians to quickly test cable runs.... Designed to aid in indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments, this dust monitor also measures air temperature and relative humidity (RH). The dust monitor can be powered either by the built-in rechargeable battery or the USB port. The USB port also is used to charge the battery. At full charge, the battery provides up to 5 hours of continuous operation or unlimited operation when plugged into a USB power source. The dust monitor displays all measurements simultaneously on the device's 2.4" full-color LCD screen. PM values ??appear the largest in the colors green, yellow, gold, orange, pink and red. This visual color-coding system makes it easy to recognize when PM concentration levels become dangerous, allowing for quick action.... The Clamp Meter is suitable for measuring resistance, temperature, diodes, continuity, The Clamp Meter is a multifunctional meter for the precise measurement of alternating and direct voltage as well as alternating and direct current that can be measured without direct contact to the line. The Clamp Meter is suitable for measuring resistance, temperature, diodes, continuity, frequencies and capacitance and is particularly useful for diagnosing electrical and electronic components.
For maximum measurement accuracy, the Clamp Meter supports True RMS for non-sinusoidal waveforms and a Low Impedance (LoZ) function to reduce interference. The non-contact voltage test enables reliable detection of voltages in cables and sockets.
The 2-inch LC display ensures clear readability, even under poor lighting conditions and an integrated LED torch makes it easier to work in dark environments. The device also offers automatic and manual measurement range selection, allowing it to be flexibly adapted to different measuring situations. The device also has a practical zero key which enables accurate measurement of low currents, especially when measuring direct current (DC) and ensures the compensation of deviations of the output value. Other functions include overload protection, data hold, min, max and an automatic power-off after 15 minutes to conserve battery life. The power-off can also be deactivated for longer measurements.
Compact and easy to use, the Clamp Meter is ideal for electrical installations, maintenance work and use in automation technology. It enables safe and efficient measurements, often without direct intervention in the circuit....
