The Safeguarding sensitive electronic components in manufacturing and handling environments requires precise measurement technology. The Electrical Tester is the indispensable, portable instrument for quickly and reliably checking the surface resistance of materials in ESD-controlled areas.
The Electrical Tester is battery-operated and has integrated parallel electrodes that enable direct testing of the material surface resistance. Thanks to the automatic test voltage selector, the surface resistance tester guarantees maximum measurement accuracy across all relevant ranges. The test voltage automatically switches from 10 V to 100 V as soon as the measured resistance exceeds the value of 1 × 10? ohms.
Two banana sockets allow the connection of external electrodes weighing around 2.25 kg. With these additional components, the Electrical Tester is able to perform professional compliance measurements, such as resistance point-to-point (RTT) or resistance to ground (RTG). The measurement data obtained with this Electrical Tester is essential to ensure adherence to a compliance verification plan (ANSI/ESD S20.20-2007).
The Electrical Tester is ideal for use in electronics production, for testing ESD work mats, workbenches and floor coverings or even in laboratory environments and for quality assurance.... It is particularly suitable for rotating machines such as motors, pumps, gearboxes or fans, in order to detect imbalances, misalignments or bearing problems at an early stage. Thanks to its portable design, it can be used directly on site for quality control, commissioning or predictive maintenance.
The Accelerometer records the three most important vibration parameters – acceleration, velocity and displacement – and displays them simultaneously on the screen. The frequency ranges are 10 Hz to 10 kHz for acceleration and 10 Hz to 1 kHz for velocity and displacement. These values enable precise measurements of both high-frequency vibrations, such as those occurring in gearboxes, and low-frequency movements of slow-running machines.
Technically, the Accelerometer is based on a piezoelectric acceleration sensor, which ensures high measurement accuracy, exact repeatability and a wide frequency range. The measured values are shown on a 4-digit, 2-inch LCD display that supports both metric and imperial units. Practical functions such as MAX-Hold allow the highest measured value to be stored. With its robust design, low weight (123 g), compact dimensions and rechargeable battery, the Accelerometer is particularly mobile and easy to use. The Accelerometer is specifically suitable for operational use in maintenance, for service technicians, mechanical engineers and quality assurance departments that need to monitor machine conditions. The device can also be used in training courses or technical laboratories to demonstrate vibrations and their effects. The Accelerometer allows precise statements to be made about the condition of machines, reduces the risk of failure and extends the service life of critical components.... Thanks to its versatility, it can be used on various surfaces such as wood, wallpaper, plaster, acoustic walls and painted walls.
The device is equipped with a 1.9-inch colour LCD display that provides a clear visual representation of the scan results. A signalling system consisting of coloured LEDs, acoustic cues and directional arrows quickly provides precise information about the proximity and position of the detected object. The LED system indicates green for no obstacles, yellow for nearby objects and red for an obstacle directly under the scanner. The Cable Detector has three detection modes: the metal detection mode for identifying metal objects, the wood detection mode for localising wooden beams and the power mode for detecting live wires. In the metal and power line modes, the device displays the signal strength as a percentage. In wood detection mode, the scanner recognises both the exact centre and the edges of wooden beams, allowing their position and size to be precisely determined.
To further improve the accuracy, the sensitivity can be adjusted in three stages so that the detection can be optimally adapted to the respective conditions. An integrated marking hole makes it possible to mark the drilling site immediately after detection. The Cable Detector also offers automatic calibration, which can be performed on any wall surface. The menu is available in five languages: Russian, English, Portuguese, Japanese as well as Chinese. The automatic switch-off is adjustable and can vary between 5 and 15 minutes or be deactivated completely, depending on requirements. The acoustic signal can also be switched off if required. For reliable and wireless use, the device is equipped with a powerful lithium-ion battery that can be charged quickly and easily via a USB-C port.
With this powerful and user-friendly Cable Detector, obstacles can be reliably detected and construction and renovation work can be carried out safely and efficiently.... The Clamp Meter is suitable for measuring resistance, temperature, diodes, continuity, frequencies and capacitance and is particularly useful for diagnosing electrical and electronic components.
For maximum measurement accuracy, the Clamp Meter supports True RMS for non-sinusoidal waveforms and a Low Impedance (LoZ) function to reduce interference. The non-contact voltage test enables reliable detection of voltages in cables and sockets.
The 2-inch LC display ensures clear readability, even under poor lighting conditions and an integrated LED torch makes it easier to work in dark environments. The device also offers automatic and manual measurement range selection, allowing it to be flexibly adapted to different measuring situations. The device also has a practical zero key which enables accurate measurement of low currents, especially when measuring direct current (DC) and ensures the compensation of deviations of the output value. Other functions include overload protection, data hold, min, max and an automatic power-off after 15 minutes to conserve battery life. The power-off can also be deactivated for longer measurements.
Compact and easy to use, the Clamp Meter is ideal for electrical installations, maintenance work and use in automation technology. It enables safe and efficient measurements, often without direct intervention in the circuit.... An air A modern Thermometer is indispensable for continuously monitoring the air indoors and drawing attention to pollutants or poor air conditions in good time. Especially in living spaces, offices, schools, nurseries or workshops, clean air makes a decisive contribution to health and well-being. An air quality detector also helps to permanently monitor indoor air quality in public facilities or production halls and to recognize potential hazards at an early stage.
Our innovative Thermometer records all the important parameters that are crucial for healthy indoor air. It measures TVOC (volatile organic compounds), PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 particulate matter, as well as temperature, humidity and CO? content. This gives you a comprehensive picture of the air composition and allows you to take targeted measures to improve indoor air quality.
The Thermometer has a clear 3.3-inch LC display that calculates and displays the air quality index (AQI) in addition to the current measured values. It also offers a clock and date display as well as automatic brightness adjustment for optimum readability. Thanks to its modern design, the device can be flexibly wall-mounted or free-standing. The integrated battery can be conveniently charged via USB-C cable.
A particularly practical feature is the traffic light display, which uses the colors green, yellow and red to provide an immediate warning when limit values are exceeded. In addition, a customizable acoustic alarm ensures safety. All settings can be made via the associated app and the measurement data can be transmitted in real time via WiFi and stored long-term. This allows you to keep an eye on your air values at all times and reliably analyze developments.
A Thermometer is ideal for families, businesses, educational institutions, nurseries, craft businesses and public facilities - wherever healthy air is crucial. With its compact size, modern design and versatile functionality, it is a valuable tool for reliably monitoring air quality and protecting health.
