The Milliohmmeter can automatically test the internal resistance and voltage simultaneously, with the measurement results clearly shown on the 2.4-inch colour display. The voltage and resistance ranges can also be set manually.
An important function of the tester is the pass/fail test function, which enables a quick assessment of batteries based on predefined limit values. The user can define upper (UL) and lower (LL) limit values for voltage and resistance. A green light indicates that the battery fulfils the criteria, a red light indicates that it does not fulfil the criteria. Up to 8 limit values can be saved to make the test procedure faster and more efficient.
The test results are automatically saved to the internal memory and can be exported as a CSV file via the USB-C port. The port is also used to charge the device. For reliable measurements, the Milliohmmeter uses a 4-way connection with secure fastening by means of a screw ring. In addition, the test results can be provided with date and time, which can be set via a simple menu. The Milliohmmeter offers a practical solution for the accurate assessment of batteries and is suitable for applications in the automotive industry as well as for home users.... The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument is a versatile device for monitoring the air quality in indoor spaces such as homes, offices, workshops, schools or public facilities. It is used for the simultaneous measurement of formaldehyde (HCHO), volatile organic compounds (TVOC), ambient temperature and relative humidity. The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument has a 2.8-inch color display that shows all measured values in real time and also visually assesses the air quality in three stages - green for "good", yellow for "poor" and red for "very poor". The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument also has an acoustic alarm function with adjustable threshold values and sound types, which is triggered when defined measured values are exceeded.
For data storage, the device offers space for up to 200 measuring points on 5 pages, which corresponds to a total capacity of 1000 measurements per measured variable. The values for formaldehyde, TVOC and temperature are stored. The storage intervals and the number of collection points can be set individually, whereby the stored data can only be retrieved at any time via a playback function in the device. Other functions include a real-time clock, battery status display, adjustable measuring rate, automatic switch-off time, adjustable screen brightness and the option of active fan control. The temperature unit can be switched between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument is powered by an integrated 3.7V Li-Po battery and charged via a USB type C cable. The charge status is shown on the display during operation and charging. As a compact, precise and easy-to-use Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument, the Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument is ideal for continuously monitoring indoor air quality and helps to detect potential exposure to pollutants such as formaldehyde or organic vapors at an early stage and take appropriate countermeasures.... The Material Tester offers a high accuracy of ±1% within the range of 10% ... 100% of the scale and can be operated in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions.
The Material Tester supports several operating modes such as Peak Hold, MAX, and real-time measurement. In Peak Hold mode, the maximum value is automatically saved, and the measurement data can be transferred via USB to the software, which also enables a pass/fail evaluation. Tolerance ranges can be set directly on the device, allowing values to be checked quickly. An integrated LED traffic light display shows the measured value at a glance.
The choice between the units Newton-meter (N·m), kilogram-force-centimeter (kgf·cm), and pound-force-inch (lbf·in) enables flexible applications across various industries. With a storage capacity of 2,000 measurement groups and the option of data transfer via USB, the measuring instrument is ideal for use in the mechanical engineering industry and in scientific research facilities.

To assist the user, the Material Tester emits both an acoustic signal and an LED display as soon as the preset torque value is reached. Four different units of measurement (Nm, kgf-cm, lbf-ft, lbf-in) and three measuring modes - real time, peak value and preset - make it flexible to use. Automatic switch-off after a few minutes saves the batteries, and up to 999 measured values can be stored in the internal memory. The stored values can only be called up on the device.
The Material Tester is equipped with a fine-toothed ratchet head, which enables precise work even with a small radius of movement. Thanks to its robust construction made of metal and resistant plastic, it is durable and suitable for regular use. Our Material Testers are primarily used in vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, bicycle assembly and in the electrical and electronics industry. They are used to tighten bolts and nuts to a precisely defined torque in order to connect components securely and function properly without damaging them. The Material Tester is supplied in a plastic case with 2 AAA batteries.... Read More |
