To assist the user, the Material Tester emits both an acoustic signal and an LED display as soon as the preset torque value is reached. Four different units of measurement (Nm, kgf-cm, lbf-ft, lbf-in) and three measuring modes - real time, peak value and preset - make it flexible to use. Automatic switch-off after a few minutes saves the batteries, and up to 999 measured values can be stored in the internal memory. The stored values can only be called up on the device.
The Material Tester is equipped with a fine-toothed ratchet head, which enables precise work even with a small radius of movement. Thanks to its robust construction made of metal and resistant plastic, it is durable and suitable for regular use. Our Material Testers are primarily used in vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, bicycle assembly and in the electrical and electronics industry. They are used to tighten bolts and nuts to a precisely defined torque in order to connect components securely and function properly without damaging them. The Material Tester is supplied in a plastic case with 2 AAA batteries.

Thanks to modern electrochemical and catalytic sensors, the Environmental Meter ensures high measurement accuracy of ? ±5% of the final value and delivers reliable results even under demanding environmental conditions. The Environmental Meter has an easy-to-read LCD display with backlighting that clearly shows real-time measurements, system status, date, time and battery level. If the preset alarm limits are exceeded, the device immediately warns the user with visual, audible and vibration alarms. The alarm parameters – including low and high thresholds as well as STEL and TWA limits – can be individually adjusted to meet specific operational requirements and legal specifications.
In addition to classic measurement mode, the Environmental Meter offers extensive additional functions such as self-test, zero and multi-point calibration, and an internal memory for alarm and measurement events. This also makes it suitable for documenting occupational safety measures and for test reports. The intuitive menu navigation via an ergonomic keypad allows for easy operation even when wearing protective gloves.
The integrated Li-ion battery provides up to 8 hours of operation and can be quickly recharged. The robust housing made of impact-resistant plastic with non-slip rubber coating is dustproof and waterproof in accordance with IP66 and designed for harsh industrial environments. In addition, the Environmental Meter meets the requirements of explosion protection class Ex ib IIB T3 Gb and is therefore suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Thanks to its compact design and low weight, the Environmental Meter can be conveniently worn on a belt or work clothing. It is ideal for mobile use during maintenance work, in confined spaces (e.g. containers or shafts), during inspection rounds and in emergency and rescue operations.
Typical areas of application for the Environmental Meter include industry, mining, sewage treatment plants, energy suppliers, chemical and petrochemical production, waste management, utility companies, fire brigades and technical emergency services. Wherever hazardous or explosive gas atmospheres may occur, the Environmental Meter offers reliable protection for employees and equipment and contributes significantly to compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.... Thanks to its compact size and user-friendly operation, the The Environmental Meter is a versatile desktop device that can be used wherever precise monitoring of ambient noise is required, for example in offices, libraries, schools, recording studios or even in private rooms for noise monitoring. Thanks to its compact size and user-friendly operation, the device is ideal for stationary use on a desk or at workstations where noise levels play an important role.
The Environmental Meter records sound levels in the range from 30 ... 130 dB with a fine resolution of 0.1 dB and an accuracy of ±1.5 dB. It also covers a frequency range of 50 ... 8500 Hz and thus offers a broad detection basis for different noise sources. In addition to sound pressure, the device also measures humidity in the range of 20 ... 85% and the temperature between -10 ... 60°C / 14 ... 140°F, whereby the temperature display can also be switched to Fahrenheit.
Technically, the table-top device impresses with a numerical display in combination with a clearly visible traffic light display, which enables a quick assessment of the noise exposure. The 6.9 inch display offers a clear presentation of all relevant values, including a clock display and adjustable display brightness for different lighting conditions. A battery level indicator provides reliable information about the current charge status of the integrated lithium battery, which can be charged via a modern USB-C interface.
The Environmental Meter is ideal for professionals in the fields of occupational health and safety, environmental engineering and acoustics, but also for teachers, facility managers, sound engineers or private individuals who want to keep an eye on the noise level in their surroundings. Thanks to its ease of use, precise measurement technology and comprehensive additional functions, this Environmental Meter offers a reliable and professional solution for a wide range of applications....
