It is used for the simultaneous measurement of formaldehyde (HCHO), volatile organic compounds (TVOC), ambient temperature and relative humidity. The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument has a 2.8-inch color display that shows all measured values in real time and also visually assesses the air quality in three stages - green for "good", yellow for "poor" and red for "very poor". The Gas Detector / Gas Detection Instrument also has an acoustic alarm function with adjustable threshold values and sound types, which is triggered when defined measured values are exceeded.
For data storage, the device offers space for up to 200 measuring points on 5 pages, which corresponds to a total capacity of 1000 measurements per measured variable. The values for formaldehyde, TVOC and temperature are stored. The storage intervals and the number of collection points can be set individually, whereby the stored data can only be retrieved at any time via a playback function in the device.
