The Material Tester offers a high accuracy of ±1% within the range of 10% ... 100% of the scale and can be operated in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions.
The Material Tester supports several operating modes such as Peak Hold, MAX, and real-time measurement. In Peak Hold mode, the maximum value is automatically stored, and the measurement data can be transferred via USB to the software, which also enables a pass/fail evaluation. Tolerance ranges can be set directly on the device, allowing values to be checked quickly. An integrated LED traffic light display shows the measured value at a glance.
The choice between the units Newton-meter (N·m), kilogram-force-centimeter (kgf·cm), and pound-force-inch (lbf·in) enables flexible applications across various industries. With a storage capacity of 2,000 measurement groups and the option of data transfer via USB, the measuring instrument is ideal for use in the mechanical engineering industry and in scientific research facilities.
The Material Tester operates reliably at ambient temperatures of 5 to 40°C / 41 … 104°F and is powered by a 7.2V NiMH battery, which is optimized for mobile use.... In torque mode, the desired torque can be set quickly and continuously. The value can be conveniently adjusted using the operating buttons and the screwdriving process begins with a simple pull of the trigger. Angle mode enables controlled tightening not only via the torque, but also via the angle of rotation - perfect for applications that require maximum precision. In addition, Point Mode offers up to six memorizable presets for frequently used torque values. These can be individually configured and called up at the touch of a button during operation - ideal for recurring assembly tasks.
Other highlights of the torque screwdriver include precise torque adjustment with high repeat accuracy, a multi-stage gearbox for reliable power transmission and alarm and monitoring functions that help the user to assess the tightening result. Integrated protective functions such as temperature monitoring prevent overheating and extend the service life of the tool. Thanks to the replaceable battery, uninterrupted work is also guaranteed. Another highlight is the software supplied, which can be used to conveniently read out all the recorded screwdriving data. This allows users to document and analyze torque values, results and process data. The software also allows centralized settings to be made directly on the device.
The Nut Runner is ideal for precise screw connections in mechanical and plant engineering. It also ensures reliable results when assembling wind turbines and steel structures. In the automotive sector, it is an indispensable tool for maintenance and repairs. It can also be used in a wide range of applications in heavy industry and construction.... It has been specially developed for electronics technicians, engineers and hobby users who are looking for a compact, versatile and user-friendly device to carry out their measurement tasks efficiently.
The 2-channel Oscilloscope offers a bandwidth of 10 MHz and a sampling rate of 50 MS/s, which enables signals to be reliably recorded and analysed. Whether troubleshooting circuits, observing waveforms or analysing transients, this Oscilloscope delivers clear and precise results. Thanks to its high resolution and simple operation, even complex signal curves can be easily visualised. The Oscilloscope image can be saved to the internal memory as a screenshot and transferred to a computer via the USB-C interface.
The device also has extensive multimeter functions that cover a wide range of measurements. These include voltage measurements (DC and AC voltage), current measurements (DC and AC current), resistance measurements, capacitance measurements and diode test. Another practical feature is the integrated non-contact voltage detection, which allows you to reliably detect live wires.
The signal generator ideally complements the device by generating signals within a range of 1 Hz to 2 MHz. It supports various signal shapes such as sine, square, triangle, half wave, full wave, noise and DC signals. This function makes the Oscilloscope particularly useful for tests, simulations and the development of circuits. Thanks to its compact design and the combination of Oscilloscope, multimeter and signal generator, this device is an indispensable tool for anyone who values efficiency and precision when working with electronics.... It is used wherever CO can occur - for example in homes with gas boilers or fireplaces, in workshops with running engines and in boats, motorhomes or other enclosed spaces with combustion appliances.
The Thermometer records CO values in the range from 0 ... 500 ppm with a high resolution of 1 ppm. The Thermometer also measures relative humidity and temperature, whereby the temperature display can also be switched to Fahrenheit. All measured values are shown on an easy-to-read 2-inch LC display with backlighting.
For even more convenience, the Thermometer has a standby mode that can be activated manually. If no input is made within 60 seconds, the display switches off automatically - but the device remains active. In the event of increased CO values, the Thermometer warns with a visual and acoustic alarm. This is supported by a traffic light function: green for 0 ... 100 ppm, orange for 101 ... 200 ppm and red for 201 ... 500 ppm. As soon as the limit value of 100 ppm is exceeded, an additional acoustic warning signal sounds to indicate a possible hazard. Thanks to the integrated lithium battery, which is conveniently charged via USB-C, the detector is particularly flexible to use....
