The Material Tester offers a high accuracy of ±1% within the range of 10% ... 100% of the scale and can be operated in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions.
The Material Tester supports several operating modes such as Peak Hold, MAX, and real-time measurement. In Peak Hold mode, the maximum value is automatically stored, and the measurement data can be transferred via USB to the software, which also enables a pass/fail evaluation. Tolerance ranges can be set directly on the device, allowing values to be checked quickly. An integrated LED traffic light display shows the measured value at a glance.
The choice between the units Newton-meter (N·m), kilogram-force-centimeter (kgf·cm), and pound-force-inch (lbf·in) enables flexible applications across various industries. With a storage capacity of 2,000 measurement groups and the option of data transfer via USB, the measuring instrument is ideal for use in the mechanical engineering industry and in scientific research facilities.
The Material Tester operates reliably at ambient temperatures of 5 to 40°C / 41 … 104°F and is powered by a 7.2V NiMH battery, which is optimized for mobile use.... The centerpiece of the inspectionThis state-of-the-art video Condition Monitoring is the essential tool for all professional visual inspections and detailed inspections in hard-to-reach places. It combines an extremely slim design with advanced recording functions to guarantee you maximum precision.
The centerpiece of the inspection system is the camera probe, which is only 6.2 mm / 0.24 in in size and has flexible 2-way articulation. This swiveling function enables precise control of the tip of the video Condition Monitoring in two directions to inspect hidden angles and side walls with ease. To ensure an excellent view, six bright LEDs are integrated into the camera probe, the brightness of which can be individually adjusted to optimally adapt the illumination to the respective environment.
For documentation purposes, the video Condition Monitoring provides sharp image and video recordings in a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 (Full HD). All recordings are conveniently stored on the 32 GB micro SD card supplied. Flexibility is increased by the robust, 3 meter / 9.8 feet long camera cable, which allows easy insertion into narrow cavities and pipes. For detailed analysis, the device offers a 4x digital zoom and an image rotation function to perfectly adjust the orientation of the image to the inspection situation. This powerful video Condition Monitoring is supplied with a practical carrying case for safe and convenient storage.... The measuring rangeThe Force Gage is used to precisely check the tension of belts in machines and systems, thereby ensuring optimum power transmission. This Force Gage measures the oscillation frequency of the belt and immediately calculates the belt tension, which is displayed directly in newtons. The measuring range is between 10 and 680 Hz, with an accuracy of ±1 Hz for frequencies below 100 Hz and ±1% for frequencies above 100 Hz, with a total error of less than 5%.
Special features of the device include the flexible gooseneck sensor for hard-to-reach areas and the option to directly enter the belt length, belt mass and belt width (max. 999.9 mm), which makes the calculation of the belt tension particularly precise. The Force Gage can be switched between displaying the oscillation frequency in Hz and the calculated belt tension in N. It is powered by 3 × AA batteries, making it flexible to use.
This Force Gage is primarily used in the maintenance of conveyor systems, mechanical engineering, the automotive industry and wherever belts need to be tensioned precisely to ensure the performance, safety and service life of the equipment....
