To assist the user, the Material Tester emits both an acoustic signal and an LED display as soon as the preset torque value is reached. Four different units of measurement (Nm, kgf-cm, lbf-ft, lbf-in) and three measuring modes - real time, peak value and preset - make it flexible to use. Automatic switch-off after a few minutes saves the batteries, and up to 999 measured values can be stored in the internal memory. The stored values can only be called up on the device.
The Material Tester is equipped with a fine-toothed ratchet head, which enables precise work even with a small radius of movement. Thanks to its robust construction made of metal and resistant plastic, it is durable and suitable for regular use. In Pre Mode (mode for storing peak values), there are three possible interfaces: HI displays the maximum stored peak value, LO displays the minimum stored peak value, and AVGE displays the average value of all stored peak values.
