To assist the user, the Material Tester emits both an acoustic signal and an LED display as soon as the preset torque value is reached. Four different units of measurement (Nm, kgf-cm, lbf-ft, lbf-in) and three measuring modes - real time, peak value and preset - make it flexible to use. Automatic switch-off after a few minutes saves the batteries, and up to 999 measured values can be stored in the internal memory. The stored values can only be called up on the device.
The Material Tester is equipped with a fine-toothed ratchet head, which enables precise work even with a small radius of movement. Thanks to its robust construction made of metal and resistant plastic, it is durable and suitable for regular use. Our Material Testers are primarily used in vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, bicycle assembly and in the electrical and electronics industry. They are used to tighten bolts and nuts to a precisely defined torque in order to connect components securely and function properly without damaging them. The Material Tester is supplied in a plastic case with 2 AAA batteries.... It is particularly suitable for rotating machines such as motors, pumps, gearboxes or fans, in order to detect imbalances, misalignments or bearing problems at an early stage. Thanks to its portable design, it can be used directly on site for quality control, commissioning or predictive maintenance.
The Accelerometer records the three most important vibration parameters – acceleration, velocity and displacement – and displays them simultaneously on the screen. The frequency ranges are 10 Hz to 10 kHz for acceleration and 10 Hz to 1 kHz for velocity and displacement. These values enable precise measurements of both high-frequency vibrations, such as those occurring in gearboxes, and low-frequency movements of slow-running machines.
Technically, the Accelerometer is based on a piezoelectric acceleration sensor, which ensures high measurement accuracy, exact repeatability and a wide frequency range. The measured values are shown on a 4-digit, 2-inch LCD display that supports both metric and imperial units. Practical functions such as MAX-Hold allow the highest measured value to be stored. With its robust design, low weight (123 g), compact dimensions and rechargeable battery, the Accelerometer is particularly mobile and easy to use. The Accelerometer is specifically suitable for operational use in maintenance, for service technicians, mechanical engineers and quality assurance departments that need to monitor machine conditions. The device can also be used in training courses or technical laboratories to demonstrate vibrations and their effects. The Accelerometer allows precise statements to be made about the condition of machines, reduces the risk of failure and extends the service life of critical components.... It is ideal for the precise acquisition of both periodic analogue and aperiodic digital signals. Thanks to the 7-inch colour TFT LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 800 × 480 pixels, the Oscilloscope can be operated intuitively. The slim and lightweight design makes it particularly mobile and flexible to use.
The Oscilloscope offers complete trigger functions (single/normal/automatic) and a practical one-button auto-setup function to quickly adjust signals. An integrated high-voltage protection module ensures safe measurements by tolerating continuous voltages of up to 400 V. The powerful waveform image manager also enables functions such as thumbnail view, detailed view, page turning, zooming and panning. A Lissajous graphic display for amplitude, frequency and phase analysis and an FFT view for analysing harmonics are also available, while a high-performance lithium battery with 6,000 mAh capacity enables up to four hours of continuous operation. This makes the Oscilloscope ideal for mobile use. With an internal 1 GB memory, up to 1000 screenshots and as many sets of waveform data can be saved. The data can be transferred to a computer as a file via the USB-C interface.
The scope of delivery includes two 100 MHz probes and accessories as well as a power supply unit with data cable. This makes the Oscilloscope perfect for analysing and diagnosing signal interference in circuits, power supply units or control units as well as in the development of electronic components.... The UV Meter / UV Tester is a high-precision measuring instrument for the simultaneous measurement of UV irradiance in the range UV Meter / UV Tester with integrated sensor / Simultaneous measurement of UV radiation, energy and temperature / Trigger function / Storage of the highest measured value
The UV Meter / UV Tester is a high-precision measuring instrument for the simultaneous measurement of UV irradiance in the range of 0 ...40000 mW/cm2, the UV energy from 0 ...999999 mJ/cm2 and the temperature in the range from -55°C ...125°C / -67 ... 257°F. With its wavelength range of 340 nm to 420 nm, it is ideal for applications in UV curing systems, UV dryers, UV LED light sources and exposure machines as well as for quality assurance of industrial UV processes in accordance with the QB/T 2826-2017 standard.
Equipped with a 1.4-inch OLED display, a high measuring rate of 2048 scans per second and a maximum recording time of 32 minutes, the UV Meter / UV Tester delivers precise, fast and reproducible measurement results. During each measurement, the highest recorded value is automatically saved as the maximum value (MAX) and clearly displayed once the measurement is complete.
In automatic mode with the UV Meter / UV Tester, the measurement can be started automatically by an individually adjustable trigger value in the range of 1 ...50 mW/cm2 can be used to start the measurement automatically. This enables targeted detection of UV irradiation precisely from the desired threshold value - ideal for reproducible measurement conditions and process monitoring. An integrated timer enables the UV curing time to be recorded precisely and displayed directly. This function is particularly useful for monitoring and documenting exposure times in time-critical UV applications, such as coating, ink and adhesive curing. This ensures that processes are carried out reproducibly and in accordance with standards.
The compact design makes the UV Meter / UV Tester particularly handy for mobile and stationary applications. The robust, heat-resistant metal housing, in combination with the heat protection cover, enables reliable operation at ambient temperatures of up to 125°C / 257°F. Stored measurement data is retained even in the event of a power failure and is automatically displayed the next time the device is switched on. The internal memory deletes old data automatically when a new measurement is started or manually by pressing and holding the SELECT button in STOP mode. Power is supplied by an integrated, rechargeable lithium battery.... Read More |
