To assist the user, the Material Tester emits both an acoustic signal and an LED display as soon as the preset torque value is reached. Four different units of measurement (Nm, kgf-cm, lbf-ft, lbf-in) and three measuring modes - real time, peak value and preset - make it flexible to use. Automatic switch-off after a few minutes saves the batteries, and up to 999 measured values can be stored in the internal memory. The stored values can only be called up on the device.
The Material Tester is equipped with a fine-toothed ratchet head, which enables precise work even with a small radius of movement. Thanks to its robust construction made of metal and resistant plastic, it is durable and suitable for regular use. Our Material Testers are primarily used in vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, bicycle assembly and in the electrical and electronics industry. They are used to tighten bolts and nuts to a precisely defined torque in order to connect components securely and function properly without damaging them. The Material Tester is supplied in a plastic case with 2 AAA batteries.... The Material Tester offers a high accuracy of ±1% within the range of 10% ... 100% of the scale and can be operated in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions.
The Material Tester supports several operating modes such as Peak Hold, MAX, and real-time measurement. In Peak Hold mode, the maximum value is automatically stored, and the measurement data can be transferred via USB to the software, which also enables a pass/fail evaluation. Tolerance ranges can be set directly on the device, allowing values to be checked quickly. An integrated LED traffic light display shows the measured value at a glance.
The choice between the units Newton-meter (N·m), kilogram-force-centimeter (kgf·cm), and pound-force-inch (lbf·in) enables flexible applications across various industries. With a storage capacity of 2,000 measurement groups and the option of data transfer via USB, the measuring instrument is ideal for use in the mechanical engineering industry and in scientific research facilities.
The Material Tester operates reliably at ambient temperatures of 5 to 40°C / 41 … 104°F and is powered by a 7.2V NiMH battery, which is optimized for mobile use.... It records voltages in the range from -400V ... +400V, depending on the selected mode (X1 or X10, switchable directly on the device). It offers a vertical sensitivity of 10 mV/div ... 10V/div in X1 mode and 100 mV/div ... 100V/div in X10 mode. The measurement is carried out using the crocodile clips supplied. With a time base of 10 µs ... 500 s/div, a bandwidth of 200 kHz and a sampling rate of 2.5 MS/s, the Oscilloscope enables reliable and precise visualization of electrical signals.
For efficient signal processing, waveforms can be paused and selectively shifted - for example to detect interference or to analyze complex modulation processes. The automatic measurement function records signal parameters such as frequency, period duration, effective value (RMS), average value (AVG), maximum and minimum voltage as well as the peak-to-peak value. An adjustable trigger voltage ensures a stable display. DC and AC voltages can be viewed separately via a switchable coupling. An integrated calibration signal output with 1 kHz and 50% duty cycle is available for checking test leads or probes.
A high-resolution 2.8-inch color display clearly shows the waveform. Power is supplied by a 1000 mAh lithium battery, which is charged via USB-C (5V/1A). Automatic switch-off after 30 minutes increases energy efficiency in mobile operation. With its compact dimensions, the Oscilloscope is ideal for flexible use in the field, in training or as a handy diagnostic tool in the electrical workshop. The Oscilloscope combines precision, mobility and functionality in one compact device.

An air A modern Thermometer is indispensable for continuously monitoring the air indoors and drawing attention to pollutants or poor air conditions in good time. Especially in living spaces, offices, schools, nurseries or workshops, clean air makes a decisive contribution to health and well-being. An air quality detector also helps to permanently monitor indoor air quality in public facilities or production halls and to recognize potential hazards at an early stage.
Our innovative Thermometer records all the important parameters that are crucial for healthy indoor air. It measures TVOC (volatile organic compounds), PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 particulate matter, as well as temperature, humidity and CO? content. This gives you a comprehensive picture of the air composition and allows you to take targeted measures to improve indoor air quality.
The Thermometer has a clear 3.3-inch LC display that calculates and displays the air quality index (AQI) in addition to the current measured values. It also offers a clock and date display as well as automatic brightness adjustment for optimum readability. Thanks to its modern design, the device can be flexibly wall-mounted or free-standing. The integrated battery can be conveniently charged via USB-C cable.
A particularly practical feature is the traffic light display, which uses the colors green, yellow and red to provide an immediate warning when limit values are exceeded. In addition, a customizable acoustic alarm ensures safety. All settings can be made via the associated app and the measurement data can be transmitted in real time via WiFi and stored long-term. This allows you to keep an eye on your air values at all times and reliably analyze developments.
A Thermometer is ideal for families, businesses, educational institutions, nurseries, craft businesses and public facilities - wherever healthy air is crucial. With its compact size, modern design and versatile functionality, it is a valuable tool for reliably monitoring air quality and protecting health.
