The epMotion® 5070’s pipetting technology is based on the classic Eppendorf piston-stroke pipettes; protocols previously carried out manually are easily transferred to epMotion 5070. Its compatibility to a wide range of predefined consumables also allows established procedures to be maintained. Before every run the optical sensor checks that the required labware is correctly positioned on the deck and it also checks tip type and quantity available.

epMotion® 5075 LH
The epMotion® 5075 LH is the perfect solution for more complex pipetting tasks. It offers the same precision and accuracy as the epMotion 5070, making it the ideal tool for demanding applications such as the purification of nucleic acids with magnetic beads or routine applications with several plates. The 12 lid positions, option of automatically changing pipetting tools, and the plate gripper make the epMotion 5075 LH the most flexible automated pipetting system.

... Read More | The epMotion 5075 TMX is the most flexible member of the epMotion family of automated pipetting systems. It includes an integrated TMX module to shake, heat or cool samples. The TMX module can be loaded and unloaded with the gripper. Pipetting to the mixer is possible before and after mixing steps. TMX mixing is based on Eppendorf’s 2DMix-Control technology. Orbital shaking combined with the perfect balance of speed and mixing radius ensure the best stirring results e.g. in resuspending bacteria pellets or beads. The 2DMix-Control eliminates the need for additional centrifugation steps as the orbital shaking prevents droplets collecting on the side of the tube or plate wells.
