The measuring range of the device is 0 to 100 digits, with a high resolution of 0.1 digits, so that even the smallest changes in moisture can be detected. The Damp Meter works non-destructively and measures the moisture content at a depth of 20 to 40 mm / 0.8 to 1.6 in without damaging the surface of the material. The measurement results are displayed both numerically and analogously on an easy-to-read 2.4-inch LCD display, the backlighting of which can be switched off if required. For easy evaluation of the moisture content, the Damp Meter has DRY, RISK, and WET modes, whose limit values can be set individually. It also offers practical measurement functions such as HOLD for holding values and MAX/MIN for recording maximum and minimum values. The integrated capacitive sensor ensures precise measurements, while the automatic switch-off after 30 minutes conserves the lithium battery. Charging is convenient via USB-C.
Thanks to its compact design and low weight, the Damp Meter is ideal for mobile use on construction sites, for construction supervision, or for assessing water damage. Craftsmen, site managers, or renovation specialists can use the device to quickly and reliably determine the moisture content in wood, concrete, screed, plaster, and other building materials. The Damp Meter thus offers a professional solution for anyone who needs precise, non-destructive moisture measurements.... Our Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer for temperature-insensitive materials is suitable for Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer for high temperatures up to max. 600°C / weighing range 200 g / Adjustable heating temperature / 4-inch LC display / 4-digit device ID / software (optional)
Our Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer for temperature-insensitive materials is suitable for various applications in raw material extraction, production, processing, research and recycling. With a maximum sample weight of 200 g and a high measuring resolution of 0.001 g, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer enables precise moisture measurement.
The moisture analyser works on the principle of drying with simultaneous weighing. During drying, the weight loss is continuously recorded and displayed as a percentage of the total mass. With a heater output of 375 W and an adjustable heating temperature of 105 °C to 600 °C, the Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer ensures fast and flexible drying of the samples. For measurement evaluation, the device offers various parameters such as % moisture, % dry mass, % moisture bd as well as g residual weight / kg and residual weight, which enable the sample to be analysed.
The functions include an automatic power-off function which stops the drying process when a constant weight is reached. The automatic power-off can be set to three criteria: start of sampling, sampling interval and weight loss per sampling interval. This allows a high degree of flexibility in controlling the drying process. There is also a timer that can be set from 1 to 180 minutes. Our device is also equipped with a menu lock that prevents accidental adjustment of the parameters. The menu can be locked using a PIN whereas the CAL menu item remains available. The balance also has a programme memory with up to 9 memory locations to store and quickly call up different drying profiles.
Data can be transferred to a PC via a software which must be purchased separately. All data can also be output via the serial RS-232 interface and USB. The Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer guarantees GLP-compliant documentation. The data is output via Data Bridge as the balance does not have a built-in printer. The Moisture Analyser / Moisture Analyzer also has a 4-digit device ID for unique identification of the device, which enables precise allocation of the measurement data.
Our moisture analyser balance is suitable for temperature-insensitive materials and can be used in various areas. These include building materials such as cement, concrete and gravel, the chemical industry with powders, granulates and pastes as well as sewage treatment plants for analysing sewage sludge....
