A lab water system (or laboratory water purification system) provides a consistent, pure, and adjustable source of water essential for many laboratory experiments. There are a variety of laboratory water systems, including deionized water systems, high flow lab water systems, reagent grade water systems, reverse osmosis water purification systems, and ultrapure water systems. A high and low flow (and ultra-pure) water system regulates a continuous water flow of up to 12L/minute, purifying the water with ion exchange systems and reverse osmosis to achieve up to 18.2 megOhms of resistance; equipped with 0.22-0.2 micron ultra filters to remove pyrogen, endotoxin, RNase and DNase. Laboratory water purification systems can also employ UV radiation to eliminate microorganisms. A laboratory water system can either draw water directly from the tap or from an accompanying reservoir. Lab water systems can be customizable, and meet NCCLS, ASTM, and cap specifications for Type 1 water.

With a compact footprint of only 0.5 m² and a low noise level, the Super-Genie can be conveniently placed at benchside to supply an entire laboratory. The EDI water production flow rates are 125L/hr, 250L/hr, and 500L/hr (the 500L/hr model's voltage is 380V/50Hz). Users can choose to use a built-in 100L water tank or an external large water tank.
Design & Functions: - The system is created to serve as a core workstation generating purified water for a single lab facility or several labs.
- The system provides overall control and monitoring within the whole water purification network. External feed tank, booster pump, prefiltration, distribution pump and leak protector are all controlled by the main system.
- The all-in-one design optimizes the use of lab space and has a high degree of integration.
- Purification packs in fool-proof design with different colored labels ensure error-free and risk-free installation.
Easy Operation and Maintenance: - To make maintenance more convenient, no tools are needed in replacing consumables. All consumables are at the front of the system for easy replacement.
- Auto-alarm and self-diagnosis functions make users identify and solve problems easily.
- Details of daily operation parameters and consumables status are stored and displayed on an 8-inch color touch screen monitor.
- Operation data is stored for up to two years, which meets traceability requirements.
Remote monitoring- RephiLink APP: - Monitor system performance remotely anywhere through a web-based platform, a smartphone, a tablet, or your lap top over the internet
- Enable customers to view system performance and maintenance history anytime at hand.
