A lab water system (or laboratory water purification system) provides a consistent, pure, and adjustable source of water essential for many laboratory experiments. There are a variety of laboratory water systems, including deionized water systems, high flow lab water systems, reagent grade water systems, reverse osmosis water purification systems, and ultrapure water systems. A high and low flow (and ultra-pure) water system regulates a continuous water flow of up to 12L/minute, purifying the water with ion exchange systems and reverse osmosis to achieve up to 18.2 megOhms of resistance; equipped with 0.22-0.2 micron ultra filters to remove pyrogen, endotoxin, RNase and DNase. Laboratory water purification systems can also employ UV radiation to eliminate microorganisms. A laboratory water system can either draw water directly from the tap or from an accompanying reservoir. Lab water systems can be customizable, and meet NCCLS, ASTM, and cap specifications for Type 1 water.

This high-end water system integrates IoT technology with advanced water purification techniques. Its optimized flow path design, combined with comprehensive process monitoring, ensures stable and reliable water quality. The fully-integrated system is available in three models, offering EDI product water flow rates of 5, 10, 15 liters per hour.
Design & Functions: - The system can be linked to multiple dispensers via wired or wireless. “1+N” Mode.
- Exceptionally consistent and predictable high purity Type II water from the best in class EDI (electrodeionization) module.
- The main system can be tucked away to save precious bench space since it fits well to be wall-mounted, set on the shelf or under the sink.
- Tank recirculation model guarantees water quality in the tank.
Effective TOC level controlment: - Built-in mercury-free germicidal UVC LED lamp kills bacteria and a 185/254 nm dual wavelength UV lamp reduces TOC level in ultrapure water.
- On-line TOC monitor based on complete oxidation methods.
Easy Operation and Maintenance: - Performance history, alarms and alerts information, maintenance data of consumables as well as key parts are logged and traceable from a simple RFID scan at installation.
- RFID tags ensure perfect placement of consumables and trace their performance.
- Water quality, operation parameters, the status of the system, dispensers, components, and peripheral devices are stored and displayed on the 8" color touch screen monitor.
