Online NIR Analyzers / Inline NIR Analyzer

Online NIR analyzers, also known as inline NIR analyzers, are used to determine the content of a specific substance in a sample using near infrared radiation. As production is going forward, a sample is automatically removed from the line and sent to the online NIR analyzers for analysis. The inline NIR analyzer can be calibrated to recognize moisture, fat, oxygen, or another type of particle and can give information on the amount of it found in the sample. As the infrared radiation hits the sample, there are recognizable spectra emitted that alert the user to the presence of the specified particles. Inline NIR analyzers are used for medical diagnostics and quality control in pharmaceuticals, food and agriculture, and in industry.
