At-line NIR analyzers perform at the process line with samples removed by hand and fed into the machine, allowing the analysis done on samples from many lots or stages of production. An at-line NIR analyzer uses near infrared radiation to cause vibrations in the molecules of the sample which create spectra that can be used to determine the chemical components of the sample.
