The QuikCheck is a rugged, reliable near-infrared (NIR) bench-top analyzer for rapid measurement of moisture and/or oil/fat in food and industrial products. With accurate results in under 10 seconds and little to no sample preparation, it provides fast feedback for process control and product quality. Its rotating sample dish averages hundreds of readings to deliver reliable results from non-homogeneous solids, powders, and pastes.
