Quantitative LC/MS/MS of Metabolites using Echelon Columns

I frequently want to quantitate the metabolites in pre-clinical and clinical studies once a reference standard has been synthesized.I use the Echelon columns because they have low MS background and achieve the necessary separation from plasma interferences rapidly with minimum method development time.  Note the column has no outer shell.  You place it into housing you can use over and over again. So that makes it environmentally friendly too!  I can highly recommend this product for mass spectrometrists that want a reliable product with superior performance.
