Responsive and Versatile Nitrogen Generator

We use the Genius XE35 Nitrogen Generator for all our high purity nitrogen needs.

It is a portable, compact, and reliable unit that generates high purity nitrogen for our R&D Laboratory. We use it for purging our UHV Chambers along with providing all the inert, dry gas required for our laser welding system. The Genius XE35 Nitrogen Generator is incredibly versatile and its small size means that it can be deployed in the laboratory close to where it is needed.

It has an intuitive and informative display that covers multiple modes of flow and can produce up to 35 L/min at high pressure. Pulling nitrogen from the air is vastly cheaper compared with bottle gas cylinders and the unit pays for itself time and time over.

One of the only downsides is that it is quite noisy, although still comparatively quiet compared with some of our other equipment, so it is best not deployed in desk based/write up areas. It is also a considerable capital outlay, but one that is well worth it in the end.

I would absolutely recommend the Genius XE35 Nitrogen Generator to anyone with dry inert gas needs, especially if there is the chance that they will be changing site in the near future; its portability is a selling point on its own!
