Reliable Plasmid Extraction Kit

To perform cloning experiments for results related to the sequencing of particular genes, plasmid extraction is inevitable. To resolve the accuracy and quantity issue, I have purchased and used the Qiagen plasmid extraction kit, which gave me the required quantity of extracted plasmid within a short duration of time. This kit also solved my time constraint issue as I have to run multiple samples together; one issue is that the columns finished early as compared to the other reagents, so buy the columns separately or else it will not be cost effective.
