November 14, 2012‹Bonita Springs, FL. A 7-part series of educational reports, newly issued by Principal Investigators Association (PIA), will help research scientists submit more competitive applications for the highly-sought NSF grants.
This newly released series will include all 2013 updates and revisions required to meet NSF's revised version of the NSF Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG). This revision was announced on October 4th by the NSF and is effective for proposals submitted, or due, on or after January 14, 2013. To view the full announcement, please click here. NSF Grant Application Educational Series buyers will receive the 2012 version of the How-to Guide upon purchase. This 2012 version can be used for proposals to be submitted through January 13, 2013. The 2013 version, which is expected to be released in December 2012, will be sent for free to all 2012 version buyers by December 15, 2012.
³Competition among researchers for limited grant money is tougher than ever,² says PIA's President Bill Streight. ³With very little room for mistakes, we found a great need for independent coaching and education to help researchers present the strongest case they can to be among the 22 percent of applicants who win funding.²
The NSF Grant Application Mentor: An Educational How-to Series includes 7 unique parts. Each part instructs on a separate, important aspect of the NSF grant application process. These include:

- Part 7: The NSF Review Process: Tactics for Submitting a Winning Proposal

Each report is between 20-40 pages in digital format (PDF). The entire set of 7 may be purchased at an early-bird rate of $299 or individually for $99. These introductory rates are only valid until November 16th.
A print version of the entire 7-part series can be pre-ordered for $75 more. Print versions will be fulfilled once all 7 parts have been completed. You automatically receive PDF versions when ordering print.
