Infinity 2400™ Microwave Peptide SynthesizerThe Infinity 2400™ can synthesize up to six different peptides at the same time in a different scales . AAPPTec’s new synthesizer allows chemists to utilize microwave heating only when it it is necessary to accelerate slow coupling reactions. This prevents any damage to the peptide from unnecessary heating, improves the yield of peptide and increases the purity of peptide product.
Additionally, amino acid solutions are pre-activated in a separate vessel and can be cooled before being added to the resin. This prevents chain-terminating side reactions with the peptide and extends the half-life of the activated amino acid.
