JULABO USA, Inc. celebrated its Grand Opening on 16-June in conjunction with the Lehigh Valley Area Chamber of Commerce. The gala event celebrated JULABO’s new state-of-the-art North American headquarters. Guests followed a guided tour through the facility to learn about JULABO departmental functions, products and applications. Attendees’ sampled haute cuisine prepared in the sous vide method with JULABO’s culinary line, FusionChef. The event culminated with a ribbon cutting ceremony by Ralph Juchheim, President of JULABO USA.
The modern facility encompasses a warehouse housing service, manufacturing, testing, storage and shipping/receiving operations. The custom layout will increase workflow efficiencies improving manufacturing and service turnaround times. The office area of the facility consolidates all sales, administration and finance departments. A large conference room with video conferencing capability can facilitate product demonstrations and training.
