Leco Corporation to Host Free Webinar On Identifying Ergogenic Aids and Metabolites in Urine

St. Joseph, Mich.—On Wednesday, October 26, at 11 a.m. EST, LECO Corporation will hold a complimentary e-seminar, High Resolution Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry for Rapid, Comprehensive Screening of Ergogenic Aids and Metabolites in Urine. This e-seminar will be presented by Kevin Siek, an applications chemist at LECO’s Life Science and Chemical Analysis Centre.

The abuse of potent ergogenics to enhance athletic performance makes fast, accurate mass spectrometric technology more valuable than ever in identifying targeted and untargeted analytes. This live, 45-minute presentation will explore the use and practical application of High Resolution Time-of-Flight (HRT) mass spectrometers to provide selective, sensitive analysis of ergogenic substances and their metabolites in urine. Audience members will have the opportunity to interact with the presenter and to submit questions about the topic.
