March 30, 2012 - Autoscribe Informatics Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Autoscribe Ltd, has been launched with an office base in Falmouth, MA USA. Autoscribe Ltd has worked with Zumatrix, Inc., an exclusive re-seller in North America, for around 15 years during which time a team of people had been put in place and close to 100 systems delivered in North America.
As part of this new investment the assets of Zumatrix were acquired by Autoscribe and all existing Zumatrix staff were retained.
This move gives Autoscribe, the developer of Matrix software products, a much stronger presence in the US and Canadian markets particularly as there is a program of investment planned for the new operation.
More importantly the transition will be almost transparent for existing customers which was one of the major objectives.
