Malvern Panalytical has announced a new reliability commitment for its Claisse instruments. This commitment ensures the optimal condition and high level of performance of its product line.
In addition to the reliability commitment, Malvern Panalytical is offering a three-year service package for LeNeo®, M4™, Eagon 2®, TheOx® Advanced, LeDoser™, and LeDoser-12™, at no additional cost. In order to benefit from this commitment, customers need to perform an instrument maintenance service using one of Malvern Panalytical’s trained experts, either annually or every 5000 fusion cycles.
