Hastest Solutions Dual Dust & Sand Chambers are made for the simulation of Dust and Sand conditions in a controlled atmosphere.
Features
- Interior of chamber made of high quality stainless steel (SUS#304). Exterior of chamber is made of solid baked painted Steel plate. Interior of chamber treated with high temperature protection material. Chamber body connected to ground for ant-static protection.
- The Airflow Cycle System uses Baked Painted Steel Plate with over temperature protection.
- High pressure air circulating fan for wind speed 1.0 ~ 29.0 m/s attached with a wind speed adjustor.
- Electric heater with SSR & PID control for constant temperature.
- Dust Supplementary Device used for automatically adjusting the dust volume based on set values.
- Automatic Dry Air Handling System
- Chamber is well sealed and sealing must be maintained at all times to meet the environmental requirements of Dust/Sand and Powder exhaust.
- Control System consists of Temperature Control Unit, Humidity Control Unit, Wind Speed Control Unit and Concentration Control Unit.
- Control Panel consists of LED Controller (Other Options available) and DATA Collection.
- Uses electronic concentration sensors to automatically adjust and set dust and sand consistency levels.
